Shipping policy

Orders are shipped to the continental US for FREE within 3-5 business days via UPS Ground or USPS, upon our discretion. Delivery is normally in 3-10 business days from the date of shipment.  We offer "Rush" shipping via UPS Two Day Air or Three Day Select for an additional fee.  Some items may be on backorder.  In rare cases, when we expect shipping will be delayed more than 10 days, we will contact you immediately.  At your discretion, we will offer you the option of continuing to wait for any backordered products or to change your order.  We will e-mail you a confirmation of your order, including UPS Tracking information, if applicable.
